宗旨Aim:

随着我国经济快速发展,人民生活水平大幅提高,发展购物中心的条件日趋成熟。购物中心已成为当前上海以至国内城市商业建设发展的一个热点。国际商业论坛与国际购物中心协会亚太地区年会首次联合召开,并设展示会,旨在为上海以至国内其它城市从事购物中心开发、经营、管理的业界人士提供一个直接沟通、吸取国际经验的平台,以利于促进我国商业现代化、国际化建设。

Along with the rapid economic development and the considerable improvement of living standard in China, the condition to develop shopping centers in this country is becoming increasingly matured. Therefore, it is a hot issue to build and develop shopping centers in Shanghai and the other cities in China as well. It is the first time to hold such a joint event so as to provide a rare opportunity to the professionals in shopping center developing, operating and managing both in Shanghai and in other cities of China to communicate with their counterparts internationally and draw upon their experiences, thus facilitating the modernization and internationalization of our domestic commerce.

Analyzing and comparing on the current situation and the latest trends and conditions of shopping centers with various types in different regions and countries; discussing the challenges and opportunities for developers, managers, retailers and investors.

 

2.购物中心开发与城市发展的互动关系。

与城市发展规划的衔接,与所在城市、周边地区、原有商业设施、交通条件、市政建设等各方面的协调发展,以及政府对购物中心建设的引导和宏观调控。
