《国际商业技术》是经国家科学技术部、国家新闻出版总署正式批准，由上海市经济委员会主管、上海市商业联合会主办的国际性商业期刊。杂志为双月刊，逢单月出版，大16开本，每期84页，全部彩印。2002年底被评为华东地区优秀期刊。
《国际商业技术》根据商业管理层、经营层和相关专业人士的实际需要，传播与商业发展有关的方针、政策和法律，传递国际商业的最新信息，交流国内商业改革开放和经营管理的最新经验，促进商业的现代化和国际化。
《国际商业技术》主要栏目有：论坛、市场调研、连锁经营、物流技术、营销技术、经营之道、电子商务、咨询服务、商务法律、商业旅游、商业房地产、专访、专题研究、海外考察、北美专栏、亚太专栏、欧洲专栏、长三角专栏、外国人看中国、名品名店、动态、争鸣等。
《国际商业技术》的撰稿人有中国国内的，也有众多的海外专家学者。2006年总共发稿140篇，其中70篇来自美国、日本、英国、德国、印度等国家和香港、台湾地区。
《国际商业技术》杂志社是历届国际商业论坛的承办单位。自1998年起，每年一届，已成功举办十届国际商业论坛，获得好评。
The Brief of INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY Journal
Officially approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China, governed by the Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission, hosted by the Shanghai Commercial Association, International Business & Technology ('IB&T' in short) is an international business journal, publishing every odd month. It is in size of large 16K with 84 colorful pages. In the end of 2002, IB&T won the award of 'the Excellent Journal in the Eastern China'.
According to the practical needs of the managers and the professionals in the business world, IB&T plays the role of such a platform to spread the related commercial guidelines, policies and laws; release the latest information from the international business world; exchange the advanced experience of the reform, operation and management national-widely, thus accelerating the commercial modernization and internationalization.
IB&T consists of such columns as Forum, Market Survey, Chain Operation, Logistics, Marketing, Management, E-Business, Consultation, Business Laws, Business Travel, Commercial Real Estate, Interview, Research, Overseas Investigation, North American Column, Asia-Pacific Column, Yangtze Delta Column, Foreigners' View on China, Noted Brands and Stores, Trend, Contend, etc.
The writers are not only from China but also from abroad. In 2006, there are 140 articles in the journals, and there are 70 articles from USA, Japan, UK, Germany, India and Hong Kong, Taiwan of China.
Apart from publication, since 1998, IB&T has organized the International Business Forum annually, winning good reputation.
